how can I legally obtain an italian vintage style flick knife?

I want one to display as an orniment, this I can legally do but the sale and public possession is prohibited.
could I legally purchase one from the internet without breaking any relevant laws?

    Don't even go there.
    Too many otherwise 'innocent blades' can be misused.
    If you need to see this kind of stuff go to a museum.
